Default views
The request overview shows all your requests and requests of your teams. You can use the default views to switch between:
OPEN - Request that has already been answered (Including Waiting)
CLOSED - All the past request that has been resolved
If you click on "Add view" will find other default views created:
New - All the new & unassigned requests for me or my team(s)
Waiting - This step pause the countdown for the Time to resolution
Snoozed - All the snoozed requests
Sorting and filtering
In this view you can filter and sort the requests using the filter bar on top, so that you can find exactly the requests you're looking for.
Create new request
If you need to create a request for yourself or on behalf of someone you can do so directly from Siit. Simply select New Request and provide the requester, team, and title, and description.
⚠️ This request will be only visible by ADMIN - You won’t be able to interact with the Employee from this request
For each request you can take a couple of actions straight from the overview to help you prioritize and organize work for yourself and your team.
Define the requester
Assign request to yourself or anyone else from the team
Set a priority
Asssociate to request to Service or Application
Assignment
Unassigned – ****new, unassigned requests for my team(s)
Assigned to me – requests that are assigned to me
All requests – all requests assigned to my team(s)
The Archive then includes all resolved requests.
