You have the option to assign a "Service Category" to each Slack channel.

Once you’ve selected a service category, it will only display those options for selection in the request form of this channel. This update will also enhance the AI by providing more precise service lists, & improving the overall triage process.

Navigate to Settings > Slack.

You will now see the option to select a “Service Category” that will be available for each specific Slack channel.
