You have the option to assign a "Service Category" to each Slack channel.
Once you’ve selected a service category, it will only display those options for selection in the request form of this channel. This update will also enhance the AI by providing more precise service lists and improving the overall triage process.
Navigate to Settings > Slack.
You will now see the option to select a “Service Category” that will be available for each specific Slack channel.
