How to Set Up the Employee Portal

Overview

As an admin, you can fully customize and manage the Employee Portal to match your company’s identity, structure, and user experience.
Configuration happens directly from the Portal Settings section in Siit.

Portal Configuration

In the Portal Settings, you can define:

  • Portal domain name (e.g., yourcompany.siit.io)

  • Home page layout — decide which top services and suggested articles to feature

  • Employee satisfaction surveys

  • AI Assistant behavior (enable/disable and choose responses style)

  • Audiences to tailor visibility per user group

Admins can enable or disable different sections of the Employee Portal:

  • Services Catalog

  • Knowledge Base

  • App Library

  • Directory

  • AI Assistant

This flexibility allows you to design the exact experience that fits your company’s internal structure.

Customization and Branding

You can align the portal with your company’s visual identity:

  • Add your logo, brand colors, and visuals

  • Configure featured services and articles to promote key resources on the homepage

  • Highlight trending content using suggested articles based on search activity
