Into this bot, you will have access to a Home to give you an overview on your requests (the ones that are “*In progress*”, and the one that are “*Resolved*”). You can also press Cmd + K (Mac) or Ctrl + K (Windows) and type Siit in the quick switcher. Simply write `@siit ` and follow the instructions. You can also press `Cmd + K` (Mac) or `Ctrl + K` (Windows) and type Siit in the quick switcher. Find the message you want to use to submit a request 2. Click on the ∙∙∙ button that appears when you move your mouse over the message 3. From the menu select **Submit request** 4.
