Siit's in-app billing system allows admins to manage subscriptions, add or remove seats, and adjust billing settings directly within the platform.
Billing Settings Access & Permissions
Billing settings are accessible to admins who have been granted access by the account owner. However, only the account owner can perform billing actions such as subscribing, modifying, or canceling a plan.
Subscribing to Siit
You can subscribe to any Siit plan at any time, either during or after your 14-day free trial. Once you subscribe, your plan activates immediately and renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
Choose Your Billing Frequency
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Upgrade Plan.
- Select whether you want to be billed monthly or yearly.
Select Your Plan
Siit offers three different plans (Essentials, Standard & Pro), each designed to match your feature needs. If you require a fully customized plan, please contact us.
Define the Number of Seats
- By default, your subscription includes the same number of seats as the number of admins in your account.
- You can increase seats when selecting a plan.
- To reduce seats, you must first decrease the number of admins in your workspace.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your Siit subscription directly in the app—upgrade your plan, add seats, or change your billing frequency.
Adding or Removing Seats
- Click Manage Seats to add or remove seats.
- Additional seats are available immediately after payment.
- Removed seats stay active until the end of the billing period and can still be reassigned until then.
Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade your subscription at any time by clicking Upgrade. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your billing cycle, and your new plan will be available immediately after payment.
Changing Your Billing Frequency
If you’re on a monthly plan, you can switch to yearly billing and save 10%. To do this, select "Switch to Yearly Payment" in the Common Actions menu.
Updating Payment Methods & Billing Information
- Add or remove a payment method in Settings > Billing > Manage Payment Method.
- Edit billing details (invoice recipient, billing address, tax ID, etc.).
Viewing & Downloading Invoices
To access invoices:
- Go to Settings > Billing > Download Invoices.
- You'll see a list of all past invoices.
- Click on any invoice to view its status and download both the invoice and receipt.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time during the last month of your commitment period.
For example:
- If you subscribed to an annual plan on February 1, 2025, you can cancel anytime starting January 1, 2026.
Troubleshooting
- Can’t do any billing action? Make sure you’re the owner of the account, as only owners can manage billing.
- Payment failed? Check if your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. If needed, update your payment details in Settings > Billing > Manage Payment Method.
- Added seats not showing? Refresh the page and ensure the payment was processed.
- Plan upgrade not applied? Check your billing history to confirm the payment was successful. If the issue continues, contact support.
- Can’t cancel my subscription? Ensure you're in the final month of your commitment period. If you need assistance, reach out to Siit Support.
- Invoice details incorrect? Update your billing information in Settings > Billing before the next billing cycle.
