How to set up Microsoft Teams
How to connect the integration?
Starting from Siit
- Connect Microsoft Teams in Siit In your Siit admin console, go to Settings → Integration library Find Microsoft Teams and click "Connect Now"


And then from Teams
- Install the Siit app from Microsoft Marketplace
- Go directly to the Siit app in Microsoft Marketplace Click "Get it now" Follow the prompts to add it to your Teams instance
⇒ You should be able to install the app on his Teams instance
Verify it's working:
Open the app and ensure that the “Portal” tab loads properly.

How to set up your Teams integration
Once Microsoft Teams is connected to Siit, you can configure how Siit behaves both in the Siit app and in your Teams channels.
If you plan to use Siit in specific channels, start by adding the Siit bot to those channels.

Then:

Go to Settings → Channels → Teams

You’ll see all Teams channels where Siit is installed (including the Siit app)

For each channel, configure the experience:

When the Siit bot should respond

The response type: Auto-submit, Submit button, AI reply, etc.

If you’re on the Pro plan, you can select the Knowledge Agent on your Siit app and/or IT Agent on your Teams channels.
⚠️ the IT Agent is not yet available on the Siit app but only on channels.

Set request visibility: Private or Public

Save your changes
You can now open the Siit app in Teams or use a configured channel to submit your first request.
