To help you prioritize work for yourself and your team more efficiently you can assign each request a specific priority (low / medium / high). This priority is only internal – it can only be set by an Admin from Siit, and it is not visible to the employee who submitted the request.

Filtering requests based on priority
Once set, you can filter for requests with specific priority (and combination of priorities) using the filter bar in the request list:
