Verified “From” Name & Email Address

At Siit, we offer two main options for sending emails on behalf of your company domain. Each option has its own set of benefits and considerations. This article will help you understand both options and guide you through the implementation process.

With this option, you can personalize both the "From" name and email address. Here's a simple flow for implementing this option:

1. Provide Information "From" name and email address in the Email

2. Verification Step:

Once you will save your "From" name and email address, you will receive a verification email from Postmark.

You must follow the verification steps provided in the email to confirm their email address.

💡Considerations

  • Ease of Implementation: Requires no DNS records validation

  • This method might affect the deliverability of emails because each sending email address needs to be individually verified.

  • Recipients might see "via" tags in Gmail and "on behalf of" tags in Outlook.
